Good for those that want out... That is if they can get out. Many of the shares that are out are restricted and currently untradeable and worthless...
Even if Treaty was current with filings it is well known that Treaty gives "investors" the runaround when it comes to getting the restricted legend removed...
"investors" should NEVER buy restricted stock in a OTC stock...
Especially a share selling scam like Treaty.
