Someone with no knowledge of how the markets work. If a person doesn't know how the markets work they have no one to blame but themselves when they buy into a huge giant turd like hesg.

Fact is NO ONE EVEN KNEW THE SHARE STRUCTURE WAS OVER 18 BILLION SHARES, and were instead thinking it was 56.3 million.
