I got the same kind of response but from the other side. The Feds are still investigating but "like I have said", if they had a smoking gun, these guys would be in jail already but the investigation continues and they won't be free and clear until about 9 months after the investigation started.. If no chargers are filed by February, then these guys are out of the hot water.

If this gets lower, I'm a buyer.. By the time the investigation is over, it will be too late to buy.
