All good questions. That is why he PPS is where it's at. No one questions that. What most of us holding shares cling to are those "unknowns" that may have a significant positive impact on the pps. Once all that info is known, the pps will be stable with very limited volatility. Our hope is that it is good news while your guess is that it is bad.
In the end, who cares what you or I guess. Each investor needs to make their own prediction and invest accordingly. You may be right. In which case, I loose a couple thousand dollars. However, if I am right, you will miss out on millions.
Are the odds in my favor? Probably not. This is pinky land, after all. If you must have all the information up front to make an investment, you probably should consider the big boards, your local bank or perhaps your mattress.
