Seems like there is a general lack of mining understanding by some on this board. 1000 in the bank is a lot for an exploration company. If fact I am slightly upset this sum has not been spent on the project.

Funds are everything for a junior. Great news here is the new president has secured funding through private placements of large shareholders.

As I understand they have signed agreements for funding, and they plan to release the exact details once all parties legal teams have finished lawyering it up.

I look forward to reading the future finacial statements that share more ingormation on this exciting step forward. Funding is everything - and we have it for the next steps of the development of this project.
