With all due respect- Aqueous is a JV that uses the "Equity Method" of accounting. I believe this means that all financial info concerning it will be reflected in the statements of the individual members. ALSO- have y'all forgotten that good ole boy Clayton is a partner in this water scam? Seems to have used fsnr money to buy in and then pay himself a consulting fee as well as an equity interest. And the exact details, such as the LLC Operating Agreement have never been made known to fsnr investors....
hahaha....
