The most important part will not be the presentation of either party but the questions the judge ask of each. If you go please try to record down her questions - that will give us a clue which way she is leaning. Obviously any statements from the judge along the lines of "I am inclined to rule......" will also be a guide.

It's all about the judge at this stage. Then it's all about her ruling which has a 80%+ chance of being adopted by a jury.

Look for any clue that ANY claim is valid and infringed.
