I was the founder and the CEO of an LLC that I sold several years back, so I have some knowledge on LLCs. No IRS required form K-1s showing profits distributions were made to the LLC partners, including to myself, until all the start up cost were paid, and the operation was free and clear with no debt.

Therefore you will not likely see it on FSNR books until a K-1 is issued for profits distributions above the start up cost, and that likely won't happen until the facility is paid for free and clear.
