what makes you think so? obviously PRs liek the last four ones(!) are doing nothing to the pps...at least not in the upward direction.
So, why do you think pps will go up prior to the meeting?
And if you want to load at the dips you must have been doing so for the last couple of weeks going through various dips...how about waiting for some peaks?
