Actually, after the 10 day suspension, it trades on the grey market. The only trades permissible are unsolicited customer orders. Market makers can only enter a quote when they receive an unsolicited order.
To get back to the Pink Sheets from the grey market, a broker dealer will have to file a 15c-211 and take responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in 211. No BD on the planet would file a 211 for a company that was suspended by the SEC for fraud.
