Management probably won't bring up that subject anymore just as it hasn't been a topic here lately. The reason is simply that there is nothing that anyone can do about the SEC investigation and no one knows when it will be concluded.

I think that we'll see a rise in PPS due to guidance beat or better yet smashed, maybe also on some news of another distribution deal or progress with existing distribution channels and PPS will stay volatile but the floor will move up gradually. The 500 lb Gorilla in the room is uplist but it's out of everyone's control.
