Agreement started at he beginning of 2012, action by WSGI against La Jolla in July of 2013, dismissed in April of 2014, current counter-claim filed. I wonder if this takes years or months, who knows, and if there will be any subsequent claims.
During that timeframe Price went from say .05-.07c then, to .005-.004c now, 10x loss or so in value.
so complicated and so sorted?
