La Jolla has filed their counterclaim which is now up on PACER.
"WSGI breached the terms of the Agreements, as set forth more fully above, by failing to pay monies due and owing to La Jolla pursuant to the Agreements, in the approximate amounts of (1) $350,000 under the True-Up Term; (2) $9,000 for the Broker Fee; (3) $270,000 of Principal and (4) $40,000 of Interest, which continues to accrue.
As a direct and proximate result of WSGI’s breaches, La Jolla has suffered and continues to suffer damages in an amount to be proven at trial.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. For damages in an amount to be proven at trial;
2. For attorneys’ fees, costs and interest; and
3. For other further legal and/or equitable relief as the Court deems just and proper."
