That's a very harsh rejection of a concept.

I still think that the 3-in-1 concept is viable but it's a pretty expensive option right now. Of course my actual purchases lately have been pretty traditional. Phone, small tablet and laptop.

Part of the consumer rejection is likely the dearth of apps on Windows that use touch but I think that the concept is flawed too for notebooks. I'm pretty sure that Apple explored this to death several years ago and that the best that they could come up with is their touchpads (which are excellent) to give you touch on a notebook.

My MacBook Pro is in Anchorage - should arrive in a few days.
