oldguy, I have a feeling most would be wondering the same thing by now. Can the management run the company effectively or not? There's a grace period for new technologies and for novel concepts which fly against the standard... but, how many years is it before it's the management's fault instead of everyone else's fault? Why doesn't anything ever work out?

It would only take one big real deal. But so far the big deals they announced over the years were either subsequently retracted or else not mentioned or clarified again.
