The BC Sec requires financials to be filed if a company has an officer who is a resident of BC. In 2011, PYCT had a director from BC. Company refused to file (they file is the US). BC residents were locked out of trading in PYCT.
BC is the only jurisdiction with this kind of regulation. The director subsequently resigned. The company refuses to deal with the BC Sec. Thus the ban continues.
Without the whole story, one might think they had done something 'horrible'.
