Eddie Sugar + Tonogold = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

When Eddie Sugar at EAS came on board at Tonogold, our iron ore deal changed. Instead of buying 51% of the Mil-ler iron ore mine, Tonogold now has 100% ownership. Eddie Sugar is also responsible for bringing us the money for our private placement capital raising. All of this took a little longer than we all expected, but the results have been a much better deal for Tonogold. The instant gratification naysayers and whiners complained out all over the board. Owning 100% of the iron ore mine and raising the money to expand the production and do a drilling program, in my opinion, are achievements that are well worth the wait of a few months.

• Look at what Eddie Sugar said about our iron ore mine and Tonogold. http://www.easadvisors.com/

In a May 8, 2014 TNGL press release Eddie Sugar stated: “Mr. Eddie Sugar (the principle of EAS) said, "Although we were initially skeptical about the investment given the recent publicity in Mexico regarding iron ore, we were very pleasantly surprised to subsequently find a situation almost completely opposite of what we expected. Not only are the Mil-ler and Tonogold teams extremely professional and experienced, our understanding of Mexican iron ore and our skepticism were completely unfounded. We found the state of Sonora to be an extremely friendly place for mining and the supporting infrastructure to be of great quality, which even producers and developers in Australia and America would envy. We are very excited to be part of Tonogold's future and believe they are well on their way to creating a considerable business with a combination of characteristics that are rare in iron ore; strong cash flow generation off of a very small capital expenditure base with the added benefit of very significant production growth potential." http://www.tonogold.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID=652171&_Type=News-Releases&_Title=Tonogold-To-Acquire-100-Of-Iron-Ore-Project-Mexico

• Sugar is familiar with iron ore deals, having partially funded Andrew Forrest in 2003 when Forrest started Fortescue Metals Group Ltd. Fortescue Metals Group is an Australian based company that came from nowhere in 2003 and is now ranked as the 4th largest iron ore producer in the world, with a market cap of 11 billion (9/18/2014). Andrew Forrest is number 308 on the Forbes Billionaire list with an estimated worth of 5 billion. At one time Forrest was the wealthiest man in Australia. Forrest’s wealth was built on iron ore sales to China.

• The EAS web site shows that they have been involved in over 2.5 billion worth of successful transactions since their inception in 2008. The principal at EAS Advisors LLC (EAS) is Eddie Sugar whom has closed near 7 billion in deals.

Eddie Sugar with his decades of experience and billions of successful deals in the resources sector; and who helped create billions in iron ore fortunes at Fortescue Metals, has endorsed all aspects of this deal. Sugars comments are very Bullish for Tonogold.

This deal now has Fortescue Metals financial DNA written all over it! In terms of acreage, this project is the largest iron ore mine in Mexico.

I personally own over 100,000 shares with an average entry price of near twenty cents, post split. In pre split numbers that was over one million shares at an average entry of near two cents. I think TNGL is in an excellent position to make some serious gains from here.

My Tonogold Top Ten - October 2014 still stands and is being proven correct in real time. See for yourself: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=106675028

This is my humble opinion and speculation. Please look at my past posts to understand where I am coming from. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell. Do your own DD.
