The 8k says for every 10,000 shares of novation stock holders get 1 share of new company. So if you own 1 million shares , you will have only 100 shares remaining. My experience many penny stocks end splitting and fall right back down. Hope I get back what I invested. Glta.. But don't like splits..
But maybe this one might be different.
