Fabricated Evidence is fictitious testimony or documents offered to a court or jury in order to mislead them. Fabricating evidence involves arranging or manufacturing circumstances or indica, after the act is committed with the intention to use them as evidence and make it appear accidental. Such evidence may be wholly forged and artificial, or it may consist in so warping and distorting real facts to create an impression in the minds of those who observe them as true and genuine.

That's what we should be speaking of regarding this Pfizer ligation.

I find so many misleading filings,statements made by the defense its almost hard to find any truth in anything they filed with the court of stated in open court testimony.

IMHO When I reveiw Doc# 85 REPLY MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN FURTHER SUPPORT OF DEFENDANTS’MOTION TO DISMISS THE VERIFIED COMPLAINT I truthfully can not find the word (truth)in the whole 15 page document with one expection that most likely he the (attoreny) in fact signed it and most likely the firm stated is correct and its factual who there clients are beside that I can not find any truth imho.

That's not funny and since we all lost our butts do to this breach of contract by Pfizer and this frivolous ligation by this defense team we should be making statements to anyone that will listen.
