How many ways can you say non binding without actually using the words? Are you going to keep going around and around with this?

We understand that the letter of intent is non binding. No one can dispute with the truth.

The letter of intent between Solar Wind Energy & National Standard defines the INTENTIONS of each party. Nothing more, nothing less...

When the time comes that they're ready to move forward with actually signing a final BINDING contact there will, of course, be an opportunity for each party to change their minds.

They both started the process with the intention of following through. If each party still feels that the deal is beneficial then they will come to a final agreement.

It's all part of the process. It's how business is done. One step follows the one before. An opportunity is discovered then it's explored and if everything works out developed. It would be foolish to make commitments prematurely.

Would you try to get a commitment to marriage on the first date? Of course not...

You've made your point, I've made mine. Until the company takes this further we're just rehashing the same issue. Until there's definitive proof either way we're just wasting time and effort.

If you feel so unsure about the agreement that you feel compelled to keep bringing it up then why not simply sell your stock and move on.

I hear pot's about to really start growing...
