It is possible that his name carries enough negative weight to overshadow his accomplishments. That could turn away investors that would otherwise invest in XNRG.
I wish Jerry would take that in to consideration and think about letting him go. With a company like XNRG that is trying to lift off and break free of the trips it is important to reduce any and all friction so every bit of energy is used to move forward instead of fighting against resistance and turbulence.
Sometimes all it takes is one person to stand up to injustice. That person may lose everything for the cause, but those that come after him will live a better life for his sacrifice.
