You haven't looked at the math behind the reverse merger - I just posted what your 100 million shares would be worth for the new company.

The reverse merger to to take out the old share holders.

The 6 million shares traded Friday - was a total of $600 on 3 trades.

When you post the following:

The Volume of 6 Million on Friday didn't show a Percentage Gain,,,But after the merger a Volume of 6 Million (with less shares) can be Huge and start a Really Nice Run.

It's about Percentage Gains here,,Not how many shares you own.

It is simply a lack of understanding about how reverse mergers work - why they are done - and not looking at the math behind the merger.

Your 100,000,000 shares you say you own represent 4% of the A/S of NOHO and worth $10,000 at the current PPS.

After the reverse merger your 100,000,000 shares will represent 0.004% of the A/S of the new company and it will be worth $10!

The R/M is done to take out the old shareholders. it was in the 8-K.
