What you're not getting is that everyone is satisfied with this arrangement. You see, we believe it's an investment opportunity of a lifetime, and therefor we figure Nat Standard will also see the same opportunity.

Besides, fundamentally, if the financing was 100% guaranteed at this point, the pps would be significantly higher. SWET is currently in the development stage, and the pps reflects this reality. Naturally, there is significant risk with any company in the development stage, and SWET is not excluded.

Anyone with a good graphene stock please let me know :)
