The shorts see that big debt, jump in and have taken control of the tape with accusations that it cannot be serviced. The CEO and President apparently said in SF they are producing ~2150 Boepd average for Q3 and better than that in September. The Q3 call will tell the tale here, but it's not a bad spec going into it, priced better than a call and with no time constraints IMO.
