Look at Doc# 90 So Ordered Transcript pages 7,8.

I've found so many false statements in the defenses court filings its not even funny.I also have found outright lies to the court in open court testimony imo and there going to pay for said conduct damages caused to Intellect and (ALL) its shareholders.

Lets talk about these 27 words the crux per the defense.He gave a direct quote to the court which again was false.Its factual its 28 words.Hell he even had Oing saying I'm glad you highligted them 27 words.

Khawaja The development,manufacture,use,sale or importation of wence product would absent the license granted by licensor to licensee herein infringe any valid claim in any license patent.

What funny is this attorney would have prepared his case and having a outline in front of him to present his clients case to the court which he did but his outline was less then piss poor planned.

One is the 27 word direct quote testimony he read to the court from said outline.Second is We stopped using Ponezumab.
