Too thin to make it worth anyone's while...

PR just about guaranteed IMO, about intentions, and/or if nothing else, to pump so they can dilute and make some money.

Dilution not even an option this low in the game...

Unless of course, whomever is a slime sucking low level, bottom feeding maggot just looking to keep the lights on at his own squat...
