So now that the company has included the letter of intent in its amended S1 doesn't that suggest that it does in fact exist? After all lying to the public and lying to the SEC are two VASTLY different things...

Although I haven't done a line by line comparison between the submitted S1s, I can't imagine the inclusion of the letter of intent is the only difference.
