Here's something, I am quite certain the people running uspr would never have figured out. A list of assayers, some with three day turn around, depending on mailing distances.

Several of them charge less than fifty bucks ($50,00) for complete assay report. Doing DD is everything.

uspr's biggest problem is (which I'm sure they're now aware). Ore samples are like fingerprints. In other words an ore sample from Nevada has a different signature, from Mexico's ore samples. California's ore sample are different from Nevada samples. So on and so forth.

There is not much gold (to speak of) in the country of Mexico. Especially in Michoacán Mexico. That's why Mexico has so little.

uspr is a real POS scam.
