I guess I was trying to be optimistic, but there are still too many unknowns. Negative comments continue to be posted and optimism is dwindling.

Good luck to those who can stomach the uncertainty. It's only us 3 cats in here trying to make some sense of this mess, but we don't have any facts. I guess the legal system will determine the outcome of this nasty battle in the end but it will definitely suck hanging around in the short term as an investor.
