I sure Agree with you. Same as whoever SOLD 4 , Yes FOUR Shares of CAPC Thursday morning.

Who in the World would Sell 4 shares of a 3 Cent stock?

Holy Cow, Talk about Manipulation !

My opinion is that Apparently it is important to Whomever has been Shorting CAPC to keep share price under .035 to enable Him/Her/Them to push share price into the .02s to Cover
Big burn coming if short doesn't cover
