I think the point KG is that none of these very large and successful companies would entertain the idea of even sitting down with Baltia.....or letting them walk in their front door.......if they didn't truly believe there was a good possibility that the contract would be acted upon.

In other words, it is not like they just have blank contracts laying around in their lobby......and I'm sure they just aren't signing contracts in the hope of later pursuing court action against the offending (bankrupt?) party.

LOL.....seriously.......in your own business.......would you waste the time signing up a contract if you thought that the company you were contracting with had no chance of fulfilling their end of the agreement?
