I HAVE LONG WONDERED ABOUT THE DELTA
deal, how it was orchestrated in the press and what possible resolve took place to get it dropped from the legal proceedings. Was there nothing for Delta to pursue or was some out of court settlement made so as to make it a wash and Delta could move on without incurring any additional legal expenses, which would most likely be unrecoverable? Many of us recall how the Delta deal was the trip TO-DA-BANK that investors could count on, that gave credibility to the Wildcat Boosters and most certainly promoted share selling by HTI. Just one of a list of such BS representations IMO.

This post raised interesting disclosures soon lost in archives
as the beat goes on. Sonny and Cher sang about this story. LOL

Of course the first link has been deleted, but I'm pretty sure that someone has it recorded. Just need to find it. The deletions are being done pretty thoroughly. For example, the HTI Newsletter was a great PR tool furthering huge pumping credibility. I sure found it credible, but over time nothing fundamentally added up for me and I fortunately took my money and ran. This is the no longer recorded link: http://www.deltagroupinc.com/index.php?mact=Search%2Ccntnt01%2Cdosearch%2C0&cntnt01returnid=19&cntnt01searchinput=HIGHLINE+TECHNICAL+INNOVATIONS&submit.x=33&submit.y=5

Fortunately this one excerpt was recorded in the post. I'd trust its authenticity, but still would like to find a copy of the deleted press release, and I'm sure I can. LOL Quote:The Hy-Impact product line will be manufactured in the 36,000 square-foot Fayetteville facility in Arkansas, the newest of Delta's four domestic facilities.

The second link on this referenced post, which does not mention HLNT or HTI or AHS is as follows: http://www.deltagroupinc.com/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,detail,0&cntnt01articleid=4&cntnt01returnid=19

Delta Group Electronics Begins Arkansas Expansion

Delta Group Electronics, Inc announced today that it has begun construction of a new 36,000 sq. ft. building in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This expansion is expected to provide 75 new jobs to the area over the next several years.

'We are extremely excited to begin the next phase of our expansion into this region of the United States. The new building will allow us to provide the assembly capabilities our customers expect from its EMS contractor, as well as provide our employees with an attractive, convenient place to work," said Harry Mueller, President and CEO of Delta Group Electronics, Inc.

Located adjacent to Interstate 540 near the University of Arkansas campus, the new structure will provide the assembly capabilities and available space for Delta Group to meet the needs of its customers located throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. Delta Group expanded into this market in 2008 with the acquisition of Bitworks, Inc., which was an EMS-company located in the community of Prairie Grove in northwest Arkansas.

"The fact that Delta Group Electronics chose to expand in northwest Arkansas is a testament to the company's Arkansas workforce," said Maria Haley, Executive Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. 'We appreciate the company's commitment to doing business in Arkansas and look forward to its continued success."

Founded in 1987,Delta Group Electronics, Inc. is a full-service Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company offering turnkey services for its customers in the aerospace, medical, defense and commercial industries. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Company also has assembly operations in San Diego, Dallas, Rockledge, Florida and Fayetteville, Arkansas, with administrative offices in St. Louis. I wonder whether or not that Delta facility is actually up and running. It seems likely as they of course wouldn't have put all their eggs in the HLNT basket. I can only guess at those reasons! Do you know if Delta is actually operational in Fayetville?

Judge Joanna Taylor is presiding over 13-CV-001050 Process Electronics et al vs HTI/AHS et al. [The Calloways and Delta have been dropped] Last filing was by Process Sep 8.

Judge Taylor is reputed to be the Daughter of Opie Taylor of Mayberry which means her Grandfather is Sheriff Andy Taylor which then makes her related to Aunt Bee! However, rumour has it that she may in fact be the offspring of an affair between Aunt Bee & Floyd.

Now that we have that cleared up, there has been NO mention of PATENTS in this case as far as I can see. Intellectual Property
[IP] yes but no patents.
