Does Warren Rothouse, Ron Shultz or Bruce Weinstein get on the phone when you call Surety Financial about ABKI?

I can't get past the secretary at Surety and I'm holding ABKI stock.

Why would ABKI hire an investor relations firm that doesn't speak to ABKI shareholders?
