Your theroy is logical however thats never going to happen.Like you said money to run operations,ligation that's exactly what them funds will only be used for.

Yeah its dirt cheap but all this last pr done was cause more confusion imho.

Everyone on this board already knew every detail in that pr regarding the ligation and a hell alot more.

Why file with the SEC and state as of 8/14/14 the r/s was affective and now pr they going to call a shareholder vote.

Really what going to change the outcome when the majority preferred holders have already voted approval.

Only thing I can think of is one of two things.They either got something coming that's going to run the pps up or its somwhow was required under the bylaws cause its not cause they care about the common holder that is for sure.

Hopefully its they got something news worthy as one posted many times here on this board and thats the delay.If so then alot of common holders may get even or recover some.

I still say the r/s has to occur to have a proper cap structure just as Maza stated in said pr.Its easy to negoiate deals when the pps is .50 cent to a dollar then sub penny that is common sense.
