The Dominican deal did not work out because GKG or VSPC didn't do their job.



The reason the Dominican didn't work out is because Ruby Sahiwal was a fraud. Carl has a habit of working with frauds. Why?

No one else made them a offer to lend them money.



Schewe isn't "loaning" VSPC money. He is buying the shell from Carl. If he was LOANING money, it would show up as a debt on the balance sheet.

Rule #1 is never lose money.
