This broke the camel's back for me. With sales of PB energy drink half that of last year, and the case put off until December I just see no reason to hold shares in CIRC.

Even if CIRC is awarded 100M$ there is no guarantee the CEO will use it for the business. I dumped my last 6.55M shares early yesterday at .0002.
