Wow, yet more BS? How surprising!

First, in July Jerry says he's getting the money "VERY SOON."

Then in mid August, Jerry again says he's getting the money "VERY SOON!"

Then in his moronic phone call exactly one month ago, Jerry says the news will be announced "MOMENTARILY!!"

So today they announce.. they're STARTING to raise funds? With a company that doesn't EXIST?
