~No office, only a drop box. And whomever answer the phone, answers the phone for many penny hoaxs.
~Only 2 known employees, mark and George and neither one of them knows anything about computer programming.
~No facilities.
~No known product that has been witnessed by anyone.
~In 8 years of selling a so-called product, there is not a single consumer review.
