Something Wicked is considered one most anticipated American Festival for this year according to in the mix. This list includes all music festival genres, not just EDM.

Once fall hits full force, Something Wicked this way comes…and it’s bringing an all-star cast, too. The two-day Texas music festival, scheduled to be held October 25 and 26 at the Sam Houston Race Park, looks to properly kick off the countdown to Halloween weekend.

Artists on the line-up like A-Trak, Ferry Corsten, NERVO and Cedric Gervais certainly have seniority when it comes to festival appearances, but Something Wicked belongs to the next generation of artists on the come-up. Headlining duties on the first day go to closing veterans Bassnectar and Kaskade, but on the second day, it’s all about next-generation favorites Dillon Francis and Martin Garrix.

Galantis will return stateside for another euphoric performance in addition to Madeon, who’s been working on new material. For bass fiends, acts such as Flosstradamus, My Nu Leng and Headhunterz should do the trick; while those seeking deeper, ‘future’ sounds can find them in Art Department, Bixel Boys, Oliver Heldens and Tchami.
