The financials are a godawful mess.

Note that the 12/31/13 Total Assets at the link you provided are not the number one gets when they add up the individual assets...by a long shot.

The huge loss that you calculated may explain why a complete set of financials for the year ended 12/31/13 hasn't been filed.
