Allow me to clarify.

Mr. Mackey did not hire an outside lawyer, as I spoke to him
as well today. HE is the one handling legal issues for the
company, as it is obviously cheaper that way. The attorney he was
referring to is actually at DTC, and that man is away on vaca for 10 days. You guys have to stop riding Mackey as if he was not doing all
this work behind the scenes, this whole deal would have been BK
years ago. He has to basically work with this gentlemen at DTC to
get the Chill lifted. The end boys and girls, for better or worse,
finally looks in sight. Let's hope for the best, and hopefully
the lawyer from DTC comes back from vaca happy and refreshed.
