Plus, it has a Alberta Securities Commission Cease Trade Order in place.

Michael Gelmon is the CEO and another Hipple crony Michael Choo is a Director.

If NOHO tries to do anything the SEC will suspend them because of Hipple's involvement - this is especially true with the history the NOHO shell or ALZM as it was known back in the day.
