The thing that really gets me in this situation, is Mark will not even attempt to explain what the hell happened a day after they said the form 10/audit would be filed and then Mark goes back to his IT IS WHAT IT IS EXPLANATION. It will be done when it is done or some BS like that.
How can Mark possibly think that there would be zero scrutiny in what he and his auditor are pulling. If this happened one time I could accept it, but this is happening exponentially with Mark and his auditor. Almost like they want to see how ticked off they can get us.

Quit with the BS Mark/auditor (the full blame is on both Mark and his auditor). 100 percent blame for Mark and 100 percent blame for his auditor as they are in this together.
