Hello Board

A friend of mine(we'll see how close of one, depending on how this works out. lol) "tipped" me onto this.

We've been in a few lotto's together.

I have read and watched (vids) what u can and I can't get in contact with him right now.

Can anyone give me a quick summary of what exactly the play is here. Litigation play? Short term? Long term.

The more opinions the better. Different views and fine and encouraged.
