We all know (speculate) this entire sham transaction was Grable repatriating money in order to pay off the IRS and State of Florida liens to keep her out of prison.

It is clear IMO this was the case. We are to believe, these Chinese "investors" paid $2.5 million for a dirty shell with an initial order to revoke and never bothered to file a response to protect their investment?

Scamming for life!
