Company officers receive relatively few shares; mostly as part of their compensation packages and incentive programs, certainly not offsetting any sales numbers.

CPST has had share offerings in the past to raise capital for operations as typical of emerging companies before profitability.

Though dilution is never welcomed, it appears that this method of raising cash is nearing its end as CPST nears breakeven and profitability in the near future.
