The promos were sent out to broker-dealers big board trading companies and a bunch of others. You'll Not see anything on OTC pumpers boards or websites the promoter is strictly for big board investors and traders. A matter fact I know the company well and this is the first time they ever promoted a QB stock that I'm aware of.. they do however promote a lot of pre IPOs on all three biggest exchanges.
