It's probably correct in a bizarre way

The LOI is quite easy and with companies like WAFR, they probably have a ton of companies looking to merge (get bought out). Almost all will be bought out by a small amount of cash and large amount of stock.
Most of the LOI are dropped after doing any due diligence

Once again, almost all never close
