Deep6...to support your comments, I have recently run into two other MJ plays, which, like CBYI, have "chosen" to back away from the industry. Both used the same excuse as CBYI..."we need clarification in terms of Federal regulation!" IMO...it's an excuse, which theoretically allows time to search for new "very special" business opportunities without having to produce anything! Totalling throwing "prudence" to the wind and hugely speculating on a PINKIE based upon the COMPANY'S PRESS RELEASES and "WHISPERS" from the CEO is a very fine way the to enrich the insiders! Typically, nobody in a position of authority is accountable to anyone! OFTEN THE MANTRA IS "STRETCH THE RULES AND MAKE BOATLOADS OF CASH!" Retail shareholders be damned! The end!
