This organization is very frustrating, one minute they are executing brilliant strategy and making amazing progress soliciting funding, new technology, locations, then act like a bunch of clowns who can't even estimate when an EPC report will be completed. I wish the general public had a greater awareness and understanding of what goes into an EPC, is it complicated? Sure. Does it have clearly defined time bound activities and estimated completion date? Absolutely. The fact that they refuse to mention it in any way shape or form is the attribute I find suspicious. If folks understood this better there would be a much higher degree of pressure on management to provide something, anything....
